“Having enquiries at my optician it was so expensive to use old frame. Newlenses were a great price and so easy. Very quick service I was surprised. Definitely recommend.”

We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality, even on our budget frames, so perhaps your frame was faulty. “There is no anti-glare/reflection coating on their standard lens. As the result, the lens are NOT clear NOR reflection-free. Disappointed.”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the lenses. As you know, you chose our standard (FREE) lens package which doesn't include the multi coat. For £10, you can add the coatings as part of our "bronze" lens package upgrade, this includes anti scratch, anti glare, UV400 filter. Kind regards, Adam

“The service and turn around was excellent. I would and will use them in future for all my spectacle requirements. My one request is that in addition to providing the lenses, is that if possible they could replace the bridge /nose/holders so that they are as good as new. I appreciate that I could return to Specsavers to have this done, but it would be a nice added value service.”

“Hi I decided to use the re-glaze service as a trial for my own glasses in advance of sending the rest of my families glasses, as I was worried about using an on line service. No need! Andy was fantastic from the word go even when I couldn't apply my discount. I subsequently ordered 5 more pairs and they arrived promptly and perfect in every way!”
