“This is just a fabulous service. Sent my favourite frames in on a Friday. They were back within days perfectly installed with new frames of perfect quality. Really impressive service for the price. They kept me informed all the way through the process too, great company. Highly recommended by me !”

“They use the.same info an optician requires,in the making of your glasses but they have a much better choice of frames. Youstill need a sight test. If you want tochoose your own glasses for quality and price these people are the best for choice. They got our glasses exactly right.”

“Can’t believe companies of this caliber are so few & far between, they ooze service effortlessly from contact, customer care, queries more importantly the £157! Compared too £273 (The High St Conglomerate) charged for the same service, rest assured this is money well spent all the way. Receipt of the glasses, left my internal Dance Fever persona hands down winner in Strictly Come Dancing......”

“During lockdown I accidentally damaged my varifocal lens and found new Lenses online. The website was easy to navigate with a clear pricing structure and ordering was simple. I received my new glasses within a week of posting my damaged glasses to them. Excellent service overall and very good value for money compared to my local optician. Will definitely use again.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end, I would have been charged £273 for suppling my own new frames & lens thickness from the high street highwaymen, New Lenses did it at nearly half the price £153, so guess what n who their new biggest fan & promoter will be? My sister was waiting to see mine arrive & is amazed at the quality & service New Lenses 🤓👏🏾”

“I was impressed at the speed of delivery and at the glasses themselves. However there was a minor disappointment as I had expected a second pair - because of the buy-one-get-one free offer. The information was not very clear about this. A second pair would have been appreciated, even if it came without any of the special coatings on the lens.”
