“Great service, very impressed. Firstly I noticed a day after I'd placed my order that I could have had a 10% discount applied if I'd set up an account: Called in and sheepishly asked if anything could be done.. A day later 10% refunded back to me :). Secondly I was amazed to receive my prescription order 3 days later; brilliant service.. I will definitely use Newlenses next time I need new specs :)))”

“It was very easy and super quick service. I photographed my subscription and emailed it over. My glasses were received by Newlenses on a Tuesday and delivered back to me with new lenses on the Friday!! Fantastic service and very good price. I would definitely order again and have already recommend Newlenses to my friends and colleagues. Thanks for such a fantastic quick and easy stress free service!!”

“Couldn’t have been easier. It was so easy to choose my frames add my prescription and found it a very straightforward site to use. I couldn’t believe how quick my glasses came. They were perfect. The lenses were perfect they fit comfortably and I was so impressed. I have already recommended new lenses to all my family and friends. So pleased with the service and I will definitely use them again. Great value for money.”

“Loved my frames just needed an updated prescription. The service from Newlenses was excellent. Website easy to use, updates on progress of my glasses. Glasses returned with perfect new lenses within a few days.”

“Very helpful and excellent service. 2 lots of lenses ordered for myself, 1 set of 1.67 varifocal polaroids in a full rim frame, 1 set of 1.74 varifocals with Transitions for rimless glasses and for my husband, 1 set of 1.74 varifocals in a semi-rimless frame. We will never get lenses from an opticians again. Good value and excellent lenses. Very happy. Thank you.”
