“We have used this service for years but this year we were disappointed. Two flights arrived in and the pick up point was very busy. After waiting over 1/2hr two minibuses arrived this was not enough for the amount of people. We walked back over to the office for our car. Excuse was 2 flights, so sent more buses, just had a change of staff shift, so, Will think hard if we are going to use this service again.”

“Staff always friendly - never have to wait long. And that's both when dropping off the car and when waiting at the airport. So much quicker than parking on the airport car park I wouldn't use any other carpark when flying from Newcastle.”

“We have used Newcastleparkandfly.co.uk may times over the last few years and have always been impressed by the ease of booking and by the polite and prompt service, both when dropping the car off on our outward journey and collecting it again on our return. Costs for parking at the site are also very competitive and we will certainly use park and fly again in the future.”

“location easy to find. Just leave car outside office hand over keys and you are immediately taken to the airport. Returning from holiday transport is quick to pick up pasengers and car is ready to go. very good service.”

“my husband normally books your site which we have used on several occasions. Other than once when we arrived at the short stay car park and it was nearly full we have no complaints about the service. I would say that it would be encouraging if we were given some kind of reward for the number of times we have used you, rather than having to pay the full price every time.”

“I used the short stay car park through Park and Fly and made a mistake with my Reg Plate on booking. Exiting was a problem but the Park and Fly rep was very helpful, calm and professional and got me through very quickly.”

“Excellent service. Quickly dropped off car, mini bus straight to doors for departure lobby and on return mini bus there within five minutes. Staff all polite and cheery despite our late arrival.”
