“I've used park and fly at Newcastle airport for many years and the service has all was been very professional I do feel that they should reward their regular customers with discount codes a lot more often”

“We need to change the return leg of our flight, which was done easily over the phone. However, the new centralised booking system doesn't appear to work very well, it's still much easier phoning her airport direct. Also I got two texts telling me to go to the airport car park and pick up a ticket.This usually happens only when the Park&Fly site is full, fortunately on both occassions I called the airport and was advised NOT to park and get a ticket. It could have been very expensive, apparently, this text is sent out automatically. Why?”

“Paid extra to park in airport, but was unable to identify the park and ride section. So went to the normal compound and operative was not aware of the system so I parked there.”

“As usual, a good service. Friendly staff and a prompt service to the airport. am a disabled driver and when dropping my car off I specifically asked them not to move the driver seat in any way as it has been adjusted for me. I'm quite small so there's not a lot of space as my seat it pushed forward. I was delighted that they listened to my request and my car was waiting for me when I returned and the seat was still as I had left it. This meant a lot to me and I appreciated their consideration.”

“Used park n fly a lot but disappointed on this last occasion as had to wait 20 minutes in the freezing cold as first van hadn't the capacity to take us - so not very happy and will be considering alternatives on future occasions unless the service improves eg by using bigger vans with more capacity.”

“I use Park and Fly at Newcastle Airport at least three times a year. The staff are pleasant and efficient. Parking the car and registering with the staff is trouble free. The buses run every few minutes to the Airport and again on return. Simple, efficient and good value - I don't believe you could get better service and value anywhere else. Well done Park and Fly!”

“The only negative thing to say was when we arrived back, the driver took the other couple up to Callerton car park first, then we came all the way back to Park and Fly when we thought he could of dropped us off first. Apart from that everyone very friendly and helpful.”

“We have used Park and Fly several times. The park is very easy to find, transport to the airport quick and usually no waiting time. Return mini bus, very reliable with minimal waiting time. And all the staff are very friendly and professional. An excellent service, would highly recommend.”
