“The staff were very organised and we were dealt with very quickly. Which was excellent, as we were running a bit late and I was getting a bit anxious. But we were whisked to the airport terminal building within minutes. The driver was very friendly and helpful.”

“my husband and I are frequent uses of your service but on our last trip this month our experience was not a good one. When the bus pulled up the driver said Park and Fly customers my husband put the luggage on. the driver then informed the people waiting he would also take Callerton at which point everyone ran and got on the coach leaving our luggage on the bus but we couldnt board the bus, no seats left, the driver then had to take all cases off to get to our cases. This has never happened before usually coaches take Park and Fly, then another coach takes Callerton. We could have booked Callerton cheaper than yourselves. We use you 4/5 times a year but I think my husband will probably use the airport for our next trip. It was organised chaos,”

“Great service, the bus was waiting when we collected our luggage. One minor thing that could be improved.When we got back to our car ,the driver went to his cabin and we went to leave but could not find the exit, it was 2.30 am so dark, could the exit signs not be illuminated. thanks.”

“went to get into my car and I notice a large scratch one my nearside passenger door I went back to the office and the guy got the inspection card and told me that this was not there when they inspected the car prior to parking it up I am awaiting contact from your company regarding this I arrived back at Newcastle on the 14/5/17”

“We feel our car is safe whilst we are away. However The queue for your service when we returned was massive. Our luggage had not arrived with us so we walked to the yard. Your buses were just setting off”
