“On arrival we were transferred very quickly to the terminal by a cheerful driver. On return we had a similar experience, got our car key and were on our way home in a very short time. Thank you Newcastle Park and Fly.”

“Helpful staff easy to book. Arrive and within minutes collected and taken to airport. On return park and fly bus prompt and welcoming. To date after years of use no problems.”

“Absolute disgrace. When we arrived we were told were to park, we parked up, went away, once we returned we were told we had parked in the wrong location. They tried to charge up £160. After arguing they finally let us through. Your parking service is an absolute disgrace and we will not be using it or Newcastle airport again.”

“I, once, made the mistake of not using Park and Fly but using the Airport facilities! NEVER AGAIN! Apart from the one mistake, I have always used P&F and will continue to do so! Cannot fault you!”
