“making arrival and departure with a car so straightforward.”

“Had to 'abandon' our vehicle on arrival (5am) as there was such a back log of cars waiting to be checked in. On arriving back at Newcastle airport, the queue for getting back to the car was massive & thankfully, it wasn't raining as we have got soaked. We have been using park & fly for over 10 years, I don't know what's changed but we won't be using them anymore.”

“Car damaged while in the care of Newcastle park and fly! Staff passed the book and no apology! This is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.”

“I'm not that happy with park and fly any more arrived back at 1 30 am by time case apearedi went to pick up point to be left on my own while the van took people to belair i was left standing and told there was a vehicle on its way .It was the same driver who came back to pick me and by then others up when I said you lied to my he said he'd had to go to belair .I think when three planes are landing at the same time there should be more than 1 van on duty”

“This is brilliant park and ride have had my car parked there for a number of years. The staff are great, helpful and very pleasant. Pick up is fantastic. Would definitely recommend parking here as I will again. Thank you for fantastic service.”
