“I have used Park and Fly a number of times. Just park your car , the bus is waiting to take you to the airport. Arriving back the bus is waiting to take you back to your car, 3 minutes away. Fabulous service.”

“Found the car parking site relatively easy. My details were all there ready for the attendents to take delivery of the car and we were immediately transferred to the airport to start our holiday. A slight mishap on our return and we had to hang around a bit before we got picked up, this may have been my fault though as I cannot remember the driver dropping us off at the same place as where the pickup point is located. On the whole though good value.”

“This is the best airport parking at Newcastle airport. I've tried all the other facilities in the area, but this is - beyond doubt - the best on convenience, helpfulness of the staff and price. Parking on the airport in the short term parking is, of course, more convenient but also more expensive, without the security of a fenced, staffed park. Park & Fly is very near the terminal (nearer than the airport's own long term parking) and offers an on demand free shuttle bus.”

“Very good efficient service from dropping the car off and booking in, a short ride in the mini bus to the terminal. On our return the mini bus rolled up just as we were walking to the bus stop outside the terminal, good timing. A quick drive to the Car park, and the driver dropped us off next to our car where we loaded our luggage while another member of the party went to collect the keys from the office. After a long flight you don't need any hassle, and this was effortless. Would definately recommend, and you have peace of mind knowing your car will be safe.”

“It would have been beneficial if your barrier had been working as a number of cars could not leave. The supervisor mumbled something about the camera not recognising number plates. I won't be back.”

“When we arrived the hand over was efficient. We were taken straight to the terminal. On our return we were picked up straight away and again the hand over was quick. We have used park and fly twice and will definitely use them in the future.”
