“I always use Park and Fly and find it very efficient. However on two occasions I have had to wait a long time after arrival for the bus to the terminal. On one occasion it did not come at all and I had to take a taxi to the office to collect my car. I understand you use a camera to see who is waiitng. It might be better to check flight arrivals to avoid this wait.”

“We hadn't used this fly and park before but found it to be very good staff couldn't have been more helpfully and polite good to know your car will be looked after and not coming home to find bumps and dents. So we will definitely use this service again on our next Holliday”

“I used this car park for the first time when I went on a long holiday. Took my car to reception and left my keys with the attendant, (who jokingly promised to take the taxi sign off before I collected my car when I got back!). They took me to the Hilton where I was stopping overnight and took my luggage out for me. Just under 4 weeks later I phoned them on the number they had given me and they came and collected me from the Hilton Hotel along with my luggage and took me back to the car park where my car was by the entrance ready to be loaded with my luggage. The very kind chap even put my luggage in the car for me. You can also have your car valeted while you are away. Might do this next time. All in all a very easy car park to use. I will always use this car park when flying from Newcastle airport, rather then the other big car park near the Britannia hotel.”

“The it's the best car parking near Newcastle airport. Very easy car drop off. Very safe so no worries and the car is always all ready and warmed up for when you pick it up day or night. The bus arrives with in 5 mins to drop you of at airport doors n again within 5 mins to pick you up n take you to your car. For the price it is excellent”
