“so easy to use just call in and drop off car jump into bus and your ready for your holiday on return walk to the stop and you are on your way home . a great team couldn't do enough for us and so friendly thanks to them all”

“We have used park and fly several times now and have always found them to offer a good service at a reasonable price. With living some distance from the airport it worked out cheaper to park the car at the airport than getting a taxi or relying on family/friends to take us and pick us up again on our return. The car was there and on our return are taken round to where it is parked which is welcome as sometimes it is the early hours of the morning when we arrive back. Good service and reliable. Well done.”

“We have used this service about 4 times now as we find it the easiest quickest and cheapest way to travel not to mention the staff are great. Everything is just done for you and the car is secure. Very happy. Joanne and shaun”

“Waited over an hr for a bus at 2.30am in the morning with two young kids in the cold and rain! Only one Park and Fly bus operating and one Samson bus. When we did eventually get a bus some people on it had their cars parked at Callerton so your bus went there first!!! Really disappointing service this year after years of great service.”

“I have booked with you for a number of years. Last 2 times were not good. Last time I arrived to be picked up. Waited over 20 mins. When picked up the driver drove past park n fly and took a couple to there car park despite the fact the had literally just turned up mins before the bus. This is really not acceptable. You used to be much more efficient and customer friendly”
