“We had to wait 25 mins for the mini bus to come.and that was only luck when he came because the change over supervisor ask him to see if any body was waiting. I think it was a poor service on this trip”

“I have used your service for years now with no problems at all, the last time I did use you was Monday 5th February and found myself waiting for 20min just to hand the keys into the person on duty that day apparently because a walk in customer had arrived and the staff were struggling to get him sorted. Then the return journey on Friday 9th February I waited another 20mins to be picked up from the airport end that supposed to be camera monitored !!! I do like your service very much, but it seams to be slipping with the quick turnaround and the professional approach you had previously. Hope this helps to get the company back to what it used to be (quick and efficient)”

“Drop off straight forward and organised. Return another matter maybe due to late hour and poor weather. Waited a while at pick up point assuming the shelter was indeed monitored by CCTV. Couple of buses turned up and seemed to be for more than one parking location. Need to make return procedure clear to customers when they drop their cars off on arrival. Area where folk collect their cars poorly lit. Wondered why it was necessary for car park staff to move my cars driving seat back and turn up heater controls and generally fiddle with other setting when they are only moving the car within their own parking ground. Was it moved to another area?”
