“ALWAYS used Park and Fly when travelling from Newcastle. Usually a great service as it was on the way out. However, on the return we had a wait of about 10 minutes in quite cold weather. Seemed only to be one transfer bus being used although there was at least two flights arriving at same time. While we waited there were at least enough passengers for two transfers so why not more buses on?? Not drivers fault he did his best and returned as soon as he could. Hope this will be a one-off and will still use Park and Fly in the future.”

“Check is normally very efficient and this was the case on our latest visit. Collection on our return took quite a while. There was a queue over 12 persons and no vehicle for over 20 minutes. It took three vehicle trips to get to our car. Saying that we are normally collected within 5 minutes.”

“Very efficient. On arrival at parkandfly we didn't have to wait around , but were taken smartly from our car to the airport. The bus was ready and waiting for us on our return and we were taken straight to parkandfly where our car was ready and waiting for us in the very place the bus dropped us off. Brilliant ! Straight off and homewards ! Off the plane and in the car within half an hour. Thank you so much.”
