“This is the first time that we had used this service and would highly recommend it. Service was efficient and quick. Only minor issue was that we had a bit of a waitfor the bus to get us back from the airport to our car.”

“A very efficient service carried out effectively by friendly staff; easy drop off, very short wait for the shuttle and on return, you are dropped off right next to your car. Couldn't be bettered.”

“Have used for a number of years flying a few times a year mainly to Spain where we own a house. Think charges are starting to creep up so will be keeping an eye on them. Car always in condition we left it in and left in accessable place when we return.”

“Always use this car park when flying from Newcastle. Very regular pickups to and from the airport, staff always pleasant.”

“I have used Park and Fly over a number of years. Usually up to 4 times a year and always been happy with the service. However the service has been very poor this year. Only one person checking people in while other staff members doing nothing therefore customers waiting. No where to park on arrival. The drivers are usually very please to but other staff members are quite rude.”

“I’ve used this company for many years and found them excellent. Online booking is easy and the service from the office staff to the drivers is second to none. The staff are always polite and helpful. Their prices are competitive and they frequently have discounts. The one time we had to cancel the process was easy and the telephone assistant was extremely pleasant and sympathetic.”
