“Very happy with park n fly this is our 4th year using it the men that help you with cases and drive you to and from airport are really nice plus there's never eny hanging about waiting there always on time”

“Service on the whole was good, although we had to queue for 20-30 minutes upon our return for bus to collect us from airport. There seemed a real lack of transport for a large volume of passengers coming off our flight. But as I say, on the whole a good service with pleasant staff.”

“A fair charge for convenient, secure parking. Quick processing of car at departure and arrival. Bus shuttle to airport terrible. 2 minute journey but had to wait almost 15 minites for transfer to the airport, as no bus available, and long queue of passengers waiting for lift back to the depot so didn't bother waiting and walked instead.”

“This is an excellent service. I feel happy leaving my car with them as I know it's safe. There is always a bus waiting or you only have a couple of minutes to wait.”

“The only thing I have to say about our experience is that when we arrived back we went to the bus collection stand only to be told we had to wait for another bus as that one was going to the Bel Air stop and not park and fly Don't you go past park and fly to go to Bel Air ?”

“I thought the price was high and I wasn't given any info on being picked up on arrival hence I had to haul my own luggage half a mile . I complained having been given only an office hours only number via voicemail and have not yet had a response 2 weeks later, sub standard”
