“It was me who made a mistake with the booking, it was a night flight coming back , I only paid for 7 days, I should have paid for 8 days, so I had to pay an extra £5 at the office, but it was my fault, all sorted very quickly”

“Easy to book. Checking in excellent and very quick short transfer to the airport terminal. Picked up on our return and excellent service again when collecting car keys. Thank you.”

“Poor organisation at the car park end. Why do you only use 8 seater transport to and from the airport. You should look at the way Sentinel run there operation at Leeds Bradford much better service”

“Quick and easy to book, dropped car off straight onto bus and to the terminal, on return never waited more than 10 minutes for the bus to take me back to the car. Dropped off at the car picked keys up and away in 5 minutes, great sevice. And also reasonable price!!”

“Turned up at Park and Fly to find not booked into parking. Had been placed in short stay at Airport instead. Would have helped if booking information had been clearer as it is the first time using this airport”

“It's such a good location-we were staying in Premier Inn next door before flying. On arrival back it was all very slick and i had my car within minutes. Will use again if flying from Newcastle.”
