“Every time we have used the parking facility we have been delighted with your service and appreciate that when we stayed in the Premier Inn over night before flying you kindly dropped us off with our suitcases. Thanks”

“Excellent service. Dropped off car and straight onto mini bus and to airport just five minutes away. On return mini bus quick to arrive at stand and car waiting ready to go. Have used several times previously and will use again as less hassle than using main car park at airport”

“We always use Park and Fly when flying from Newcastle Airport. Easy to book, good service both dropping car off and picking it up. Courteous, pleasant staff both on desk and in courtesy bus. Reasonable price. Will continue to use this firm and would recommend to family and friends.”

“We arrived back at 2am to find that the car wouldn't start, the staff had known this through the week as there was a note on my keys saying as much. The operative was very unhelpful to the point of rudeness and was equally so to the recovery man who came to tow me home. I asked why no-one had emailed or texted me to alert me to the problem so I could've made arrangements prior to landing in the early hours after a long flight with 2 children, he shrugged and said it's not his responsibility. Very poor customer service.”
