“Excellent service, both leaving our car and getting picked up on return. A nice touch to be dropped off near to the car, so luggage carrying was a minimum. Well done.”

“We arrived very early in the morning and waited only a few minutes and were taken to the Airport. The driver was most helpful and polite and has we are both in our 70,s appreciated his help. On our return we only had to wait a few minutes for our Minibus to arrive. We would recommend Park & Fly to anyone.”

“Parking with Newcastle Park And Fly was a dream. We booked and paid over the phone, quick and easy. On the day of travel all we had to do was drive to their car park, hand over the keys and board their transportation. We were dropped at the airport doors and handed our bags by the driver. The driver explained that on arrival back to the UK we needed to wait at the drop off point and we would be picked up and returned to our car. On arrival back to the UK we were approaching the drop off point and our transport pulled up to meet us to transport us to our car. Professional from start to finish and for us so simple and easy.”

“I've probably used similar airport parking business like this around ten times in the past year. I had no idea they could get it so wrong, but they certainly did. Firstly, checking in the cars. Travelling from Scotland, we'd unfortunately been stuck in traffic & were VERY anxious of time. We queued to check in the two cars, which was fine, a bit slow but nothing too bad. When we got to our turn in the queue, the gentleman serving shouted to everyone else asking if they were picking up cars, as he'd take them first. At this point, I pointed out it was our turn in the queue, and if he didn't mind checking us in as we were very short of time. Despite my plea for speed, he continued to process three customers who were collecting keys, leaving us stood waiting. When going to check out the fourth customer behind us in the queue, I reminded him we were waiting & had very little time until our flight. Finally, checked in! All aboard the bus we go (seven of us). We wait, and wait, and wait. Tired of waiting, I go back to the office & ask if anyone was driving us to the airport (they know time is against us). Result, one of the three team members jumps in the bus, turns round, and tells us he's never driven the bus & doesn't know where the drop off point is. *jaw hits floor* Off he goes back to the office, and we finally head for the airport with the normal driver. We made the flight thankfully, but only because it was delayed. Part II. Great pick up from the airport & pick up my car keys. "Boom" I'm thinking! My poor friend, however. His keys are no where to be found. No one knows where his car is. It turned out that on checking in the keys, the team member had filed his keys for arriving on the day we departed (short trip considering we departed at 4pm), which took at least 30 minutes to discover. Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish!”

“We use park and fly whenever we fly from Newcastle. Wouldn't contemplate using anyone else. Great service with a smile. On return my daughter opened the bonnet to fill the windscreen washers, two minutes later a gentleman came over from the office to ask if anything was wrong. Excellent.”

“Easy to book at a reasonable price. Park your car, hand your keys over and jump in the minibus for a 2 minute ride to check in. When you return wait a few minutes to get picked up and returned to your car. Totally hassle free. Have used before and will use again.”

“Check in was very easy, on my return my key had snapped and the staff got a locksmith, removed the damaged key and replaced the key with a new one before I picked up my car. Very very happy with the service, all the staff could not have been friendlier.”

“Fast efficient friendly service within a few minutes of the airport. Within 5 minutes of arrival we were on the short ride to the terminal building. Upon arrival back there was a short wait until the driver arrived to return us to our car but there is a sheltered area where you can wait that is monitored by CCTV Friendly and courteous and great price. This is about the 5th time we have used this service in the last couple of years and will be our choice the next time we fly. Thank you D.J.C Middlesbrough”
