“Car damaged upon return. Watched dashcam . Observed worker from Park and Fly take car from compound rag it down dual carriageway at speed trying to race another sports car. Its then left in a bit of waste land along with other vehicles. Watched as staff placed boxes on bonnet while they chatted. Then observed the vehicle taken back to Park and Fly where it was driven over multiple pot holes . Appeared driver on mobile phone. DO NOT USE THEY ABUSE YOUR CAR AND USE IT AS A RACE CAR. The older chap with grey hair and a pot belly is the one who did this. Avoid Avoid Avoid. They give you terms and conditions yet don't stick to it themselves. Left with damaged alloy and a £510 bill for new wheel. All correspondence slow and patronising . Couldn't care less.”

“Have used Park & Fly for a number of years, always got the cheapest price, beating all the surrounding car park companies. Check in at site never any problem, staff always courteous and helpful.”

“We use their service about 5 times a year and it is always good, no waiting, straight in and out, the pick up vehicle is normally there in good time on your return maybe a five minute wait sometimes which could be improved, but overall we will still be using this service !!”

“We always use Park and Fly whenever we fly from Newcastle International airport because of the service we get. Easy to book, courteous, easy check-in and it's nice to have a friendly face to pick us up when we arrive home!”

“fantastic service by PARK AND FLY. Drop your car off and get the mini bus with the cheerful drivers, maximum wait time on return 10 minutes and you car is ready to drive home.”

“Parking was made easier as we had no need to look for a space ourselves, a lift to the terminal, and after the holiday a lift back to the car, there was no waiting around at all even though it was early hours of the morning, I will definitely be using park and fly again in the future.”
