Your order was dispatched first class the same day you ordered it and should have been with you the next day. We are sorry Royal Mail let us both down but it is a shame you didn't let us know you hadn't received your order because we could have sent replacements out.

“Paint was delivered very quickly after ordering. Easy to apply. Applied 2 coats to old crazy paving and very pleased with finish. I found the Mid Grey colour to be more of a bluey grey colour rather than a darker grey when applied. However, apart from that everything was good.”

“I purchased the osmo country fence paint, it is wonderful, very good value as the effect last must longer than other cheaper products, I would recommend it. New Venture we’re very easy to order from online and the paint was delivered on time.”
