“I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF "BLACK MAGIC" PAINT FOR OVER 10 YEARS. YOUR PRODUCT {OMNICOTE} BY FLAG , IS EXACTLY THE SAME BUT JUST DIFFERENT LABEL. BUYING IT THROUGH YOUR FIRM WAS CHEAPER THAN BUYING IT FROM IDEAL SHOPPING CHANNEL. DELIVERY WAS FIRST CLASS, I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING YOU AGAIN .”

“Ordered some Osmo Oil on a Thursday. Paid by credit card via Sagepay. Slightly disconcerted when I didn't get confirmatory email from either NVP or Sagepay, so phoned NVP later in the afternoon. Everything was OK though - they'd received the order and confirmation of payment from Sagepay. Subsequent emails with updates on order status and delivery were received, and delivery was on the Monday. Very happy with NVP customer service.”

“Ordered this on Monday and got it on Thursday, so it was a very quick delivery. Was very well packed. Haven't used it yet but as it is similar to Black Magic Paint it will cover all the things that we want to paint around the garden and some things inside the house. Price was reasonable, this product goes a long way.”
