“Good price and product information on website. Let down by not showing item I wanted as out of stock. I was able to order an item and pay for next day delivery only to be rung on the day I was expecting it to arrive to say they didn't have it.”

We are very sorry for the delay with your order, unfortunately one of the products you ordered was a new Osmo product that had far higher demand than anticipated leaving not only us but also the UK importer and the German manufacturer out of stock.

“Bought this paint, as I was having trouble with the neighbours climbing my walls. Got a load of abuse putting it on the first 5 inches of wall, but seems to have sorted the problem for now. Went on fabulously, was easy to spread and did the job i wanted it for. Found the site, easy to navigate, easy to order, and was kept up to date with where my order was via email until it actually arrived. Though i picked the standard order, only took 2 working days. Very pleased with the item, and very pleased with the site, will order again once i need something else :).”
