“We went to them on the back of a very bad online experience and they were so fast and efficient it went a long way to repair our confidence in the net. Also when the delivery arrived it came with supporting information about the product and the company. Superb!”

“The product I wanted was easy to find on line in the UK, but not in France. Living in France is often a problem for UK retailers, but NVP offered a 3 - 5 day delivery service for a reasonable charge. The product arrived within 2 days. Excellent service. Thank you”

“Product doesn't match the description. Fast delivery & good price. However the description states. Transparent cedar. Will enchance the natural look. When I used the product it was so dark it looked wrong. Overall not very impressed.”

“The anti-slip paint was required for church bell clappers to prevent slipping of muffles. The paint arrived quickly and included two disposable brushes. this was most helpful.”
