“New Venture dispatched my product quickly, unfortunately the courier they used was terrible. The item took 8 days to be transported 12 miles from the ACP depot ☹️. Sent several E-mails to New Ventura who did everything within their power to sort it out. They kept me informed and were very courteous. I had no hesitation in giving five stars, but would not use again if ACP was the courier.”

“Product arrived on time well packaged and undamaged as ordered. Seems fine but only time will tell if product itself-rust converter-works. Delivery expensive but good website tracking by courier APD so no complaints at all.”
