“There was a problem with damage to the package during transit ( the packing at source was not to blame, I suspect some form of impact to be the cause). One telephone call to the supplier was sufficient to rectify the problem. I will not hesitate to use this organisation again in the future Cyril Fogg”

“Good website. Very easy to navigate. Ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Friday! The delivery company emailed to say delivery would be between 2.00 and 3.00pm. And sure enough it was delivered at 2.50pm.”

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the parcel the next day, very very occasionally the courier will have a problem and we note that you did then receive the parcel on a pre 1 delivery the following working day. “Super speedy delivery and product seems great (anti-slip paint). Needs to be mixed well before each application but results seem very good indeed. Certainly anti-slip !! Only time will tell about durability but it seems to do exactly what is expected.”

“Reasonably easy to order online. Delivery prompt. No damage to goods but box of 4 tins a bit heavy - perhaps splitting it into two smaller boxes would be better please.”

“Absolutely 1st class business to deal with. My order arrived promptly as per delivery instructions. A small hiccup from the courier was rectified by New Venture Products via email and a courtesy phone call. A replacement item arrived within 24 hours and the job was completed on time. Many thanks to New Venture Products for excellent pricing,product and 1st class customer service, I cannot fault the treatment I received. Peter Rodgers (Middlesbrough).”

“There was a problem with the wrong paint being delivered but having phoned straight away to notify Mark of the problem, the correct paint was immediately dispatched and was delivered next morning. There was no delays while the original paint was returned, Thanks Mark for the really fast rectification of the problem.”

“fairly easy to apply but is not particularly easy to get the product to cover the company`s estimate of coverage. I had 40ltrs to cover a 37.5m2 roof and was at least 5 ltrs short. Time will tell if the product lasts as the company suggests,I only need it to last until I can afford to buy a new fibreglass roof”

“IV used nvp 6/7 times now there web site is very helpfull and easy to use, delivery is very fast witch is ideal when you need itoms quick, there products are fantastic that you can't find anywhere else- if you do manage to find a similar product its not even close to the price.”
