“Due to "human error" the product I received did not correspond with my order. After a rather heated email the correct product was delivered and the incorrect product sent back. Customer services very apologetic and being honest a satisfactory conclusion. Serves me right for attempting DIY on my birthday!”

“Well pleased with the product, looks good and does what it says, non slip particularly important when wet on a garage floor but time will tell on how it lasts. Only difficulty was stirring a full tin, I did not manage this completely until there was a bit of space, I should have used an electric whisk! So initial coat not as it should have been, after that fine.”

“My order was not in stock but New Venture Products phoned to advise me of this and the estimated time to receive the product from the paint supplier. When the item was in stock, NVP emailed me of the dispatch date which was earlier than anticipated. I cannot fault their customer service.”

“Telephoned company for advice, found them very helpful. Ordered product online at10.30am and got delivery next day at 1pm very good as I live in the north east of scotland. Have not used the product yet, will give feedback later.”

“As a DIY user I was able to buy a small quantity of thinners which I have not used yet, It's a shame that carriage is such a large portion of the overall price! As I have not seen this product before I did not know how to open, but more importantly to reseal, the tin. There were no instructions so I had to ring the manufacturer to get advice on how the novel mechanism works-frustrating.”

“The service given by New Venture was excellent, but this was let down by the delivery service provided be APC. Despite having been given instructions where to leave the package, a card was left at the wrong house.”
