We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received your test sachets yet, they were sent direct to you by OsmoUK on the same day you placed your order. Unfortunately Royal Mail seem to be experiencing staff shortages and long delays in some areas but I have asked Osmo to resend the order.

“Orderd OSMO UVIWAX UVI-PROTECT. I use this prodcut on birch-ply window reveals and absolutely recommend. A little goes a long way. Lovely natural finnish. Re; NEW venture - Competetively priced and arrived next day. I recommend and would shop here again.”
