“1st order was lost by the delivery service .........I rang and asked when we were going to receive our order which was replied you should have received it already ....he was very polite and said he would look into it straight away .....which he did ......rang me back and apologised said he would order a new tin which he did and sent it overnight and it was delivered at 10-45 am the next morning...........he seemed a very nice man .............”
