“Very happy with my purchase. The volume I required was not in stock, but communication was wonderful and they offered me an alternative that was in stock. Will deal with this company again. Very happy and very fast delivery. Turned out I needed the larger tin anyway.”

“I purchased the Anti-Slip decking Oil on the 5 May and paid for Zone 1 (1-2 days). Now I appreciate the current situation we are experiencing in this country, but I should not be charged for a service if the time lines are not met. Especially as I have still not received my product and it has nearly been a week!”

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the delivery of your parcel. Our website currently states both on the home page and at the checkout that there is currently a 4 -5 working day delay in the dispatch of all orders. Your parcel was actually sent within 36 hours of you making your order and is due to be delivered to you today which will be within two working days. Unfortunately the current lockdown is causing delays to all suppliers and serious problems within most of the courier networks so we would ask all customers to have some patience and understanding in these uncertain times.

“Placed an order for fiddes hard wax oil, have used this product before on worktops and decided to use this on an oak floor. Really brings out the grain of the wood and creates a barrier where spills etc can just be wiped away. The product is quality and would highly recommended. There was an issue with the supplier and I was called a few days after my order was placed to advise the delivery would be delayed. I was kept up to date throughout, customer service was top notch. Turned what would normally be a negative experience into a positive one. Would definitely recommend and use New Venture Products again!”
