“Nevisport sent me two wrong shoes. I contacted customer service 6 days ago and was told to expect a call within 48hrs. I'm still waiting. But I did get a request to rate nevisport so here we are”

“Unfortunately I ordered to a mis-typed address (which I accept was completely my fault). I have contacted Nevisport via email, the online form and by phone and I have not had a response at all. I have contatced the carrier who cannot do anything as it has to be confirmed by the sender. The parcel was returned to sender and sent straight back out again to the non-existent address. I am sorry to put a negative review given that the initial mistake was my fault, but I don't seem to have any other option.”

“Having met the 2 managers of Nevisport in Aviemore, we were going to visit the store. Unfortunately events overtook us but I made the purchase of a Rab coat online. Very pleased with the price and service, would recommend”

“Easy to order the item online. It was ordered before Christmas so a busy time and that would explain why the delivery seemed slow. An email to acknowledge the delay (I think it was over a week) would have reassured me. Nonetheless, the item arrived and it is as described on the website.”

“My online order arrived bery promptly. I was looking to replace my trusted hiking shoes withe the same model and size which I found at Nevisport. The process was very efficient and I would recommend the company to friends.”

“There was an issue with the system that left crucial info re my address. The company called me straight away, dealt with the problem and my order arrived in good time. My problem is only ever with royal mail tracking....it always tells me there is no information on the parcel...until it's been delivered two days before the online tracker finally let me know! Ah well, at least Nevisport are on the ball.”

“Could have been quicker to tell me my product was sold out and return my funds. Nevisport did generously give me a voucher to redeem for another purchase and the delivery of the replacement boots was swift. Comms could of been better”

“I bought a jacket from Nevisport, it arrived promptly, within 2 days of the order. I tried it on, found it to be terrible quality and not at all what I expected (not Nevisports fault at all). I packed it back up straight away in the original packaging and returned through the Asda returns option. I received confirmation it had been received by Nevisport a couple of days later. I then had to send several emails and wait 2 weeks to get a response about my refund. I shouldn't have to chase a refund and it makes me seriously wary about buying from Nevisport in future.”

“Alas the gloves were not of good quality and they did not fit. Returned promptly and have heard nothing..no acknowledgement and no refund. Now I have to chase so unlikely to buy anything from them again”
