“Ordered a Gill Long Jane Wetsuit and Buoyancy Aid. Both arrived speedily and well packaged… The wetsuit was too big but the returns process was easy and Kaye in Customer Services was super friendly and helpful. The costs involved were fair and I only lost out on the discount applied to my first order and the cost to return the wetsuit. Really impressed with this company’s customer service and prices. Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again. Thank you - I’m ready for my adult sailing course now!”

“Ordered 2 doggy jackets in the sale for a fantastic price. Very quick delivery but, unfortunately one of the jackets was damaged, it happens🤷 Contacted customer services and not only did they give me a refund but they also let me keep the jacket to see if I could get it repaired, fantastic customer service. The lady on the phone was so nice and the problem was sorted out immediately. Would definitely recommend this company and I will certainly be shopping with them again. Thank you 😁”
