“Bought a pair of top notch Leki walking poles on line but unfortunately they turned out too long for me even on their shortest setting (120cm) sent them back for a refund which was handled easily using the ‘toyou’ parcel service available in Asda. Nevisport very helpful in all respects.”

“Item was delivered in a timely manner, when emailed it was also aswered quickly. First time using this site. Only down fall was using parcel force, tried to deliver, didnt leave card, no way of contacting them to get it diverted and they tried again tge next day, again not in . I would order again but hopefully get t a choice of having it delivered by Royal mail, not sure if its thr same people but actually receiving what you ordered is really important. No criticism against website”

“Waiting over 4 weeks for a refund; Ordered two fleeces from Nevisport as reviews online for sizing were a bit contradicting. Order arrived in good time and the fleeces are great but obviously needed to return one. Returned the unwanted fleece via ToYou at Asda and it looks like it’s gone missing in transit. 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund, being told they can’t refund the order until it’s found. Robotic customer service staff repeating the same policy and “sorry for any inconvenience” lines. Not impressed at all and would think twice about ordering from Nevisport again”

“Had to phone company twice about my order and to be honest my parcels were sent out after each phone call, Would order again if needs be, as a little cheaper than elsewhere !! Woman on phone was helpfull..”
