I would never order on line as this company does not offer free postage or returns. The item I ordered took too long to be delivered and I had to pay £15 in p&p to return it.

My parcel was not delivered to me but to the pub 200yds from my house! So I’m not too impressed with the delivery service. Furthermore I received no notification from Nevisport regarding the location of my parcel. Thankfully a neighbour recognised my name on the parcel and delivered it personally several days later!

The boots were damaged before i even tried them on. Poor customer service when requested pre paid package to send them back. Will travel 60 mile round trip to return them. Not at all helpfull didnt even ask what was wrong with them.

Initially, I was impressed with the experience, but unfortunately, the after sale customer care fell short of expectations. After ordering a jacket for my partner, I needed to swap it for a different size, which is a standard service. Despite reaching out via email to their orders@ address, I received no response. Upon calling, I was simply told to return the item for a refund and place a new order. This process not only lacked efficiency but also meant loosing the 10% discount I had on my original purchase. Swapping sizes should not have been this much of an issue, and the inconvenience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the overall customer service experience.

I have not revieved my order, when parcel force say they attempted to deliver, they did NOT, I am still waiting, this was a present. So I cannot rate you

Terrible service when I had an issue with a coat, had to ring up so many times to get resolved, customer services don't have a functioning telephone, I had to deal with manufacturer directly to sort out as Nevisport send my coat to wrong address so got lost

Ordered Scott Faze 3 ski goggles. Nevisport sent faze 2. Not only did Nevisport sent the wrong model they also sent damaged goggles. I sent an email to customer service but nobody has replied to me. Very poor

I am afraid tk say i have not received my order. Parcel force are useless, they have not left a card advising what has happened to the order. I have logged a complaint with them but still have to hear. PLEASE DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE AS YOUR DELIVERY OPTION

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE Very disappointed. First you wait a long time for the thing and in the end they send you a different pair of shoes. One doesn't match the other. Unbelievable.
