“Disappointing. I ordered G12 matic evo crampons, but I was sent the G12 cramp-o-matic evo crampons, which will only fit a B3 boot. I contacted customer services by email (I should have phoned them up), and had no response over the next couple of days, so when I was in Ripon next I took them to the Nevisport store. The store manager checked the website and agreed that these were not the crampons I'd ordered and they said I'd be sent a replacement. However, I heard nothing, so a week later I phoned customer services who agreed that the website was wrong, but said they wouldn't replace the crampons and would give me a refund instead, which may take another three days to come through.... So I've now had to order from a different company, which does not give me confidence to order anything else from Nevisport in the future.”

“I ordered and paid for a RAB coat at a cost of £187.50. The order was acknowledged on 24 Nov with a delivery time of 3 - 7 weekdays. The email stated I would receive another email when the order was shipped. By 2 Dec I had not received this email so sent an email to customer services for an update. This was acknowledged with a statement that all queries are answered within 72 business hours. This was unsatisfactory so I found a 'phone number and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me my order was out for delivery that day and gave me the tracking number. The coat was delivered that day so all was OK in the end.”

“Looks very nice ,I'm pleased with it he quality of the coat looks good but I'd be very disappointed if it turns out in a year or so to not be as good as it looks but I'd like to think it's going to be of very good quality as it's a Rab I've got a Rab jacket and it excellent,prompt delivery ,it's for the wife's Christmas present so hopefully it'll be ok for her and she'll love it.”
