“I have been trying to get Tilley to supply me my bucket hat for some months, but they were always out of stock for my size. I kept getting emails from they for things I did not want. I finally did a Google search and found Nevisport. Bought for sun protection playing golf I will now have to wait for the better weather! I was impressed with the speed of delivery.”

“I recently purchased a Montane jacket for my wife as a birthday present online from the Nevisport website, everything was so easy and I received the email confirmation straight away. I later got the delivery information and tracking which was to be delivered a couple of days later. On the day of delivery, I got an email from DHL to say they had delivered my parcel however this was not my house in the picture so I contacted the courier for more information, they were adamant they had delivered the item !!! so I contacted Nevisport customer service and explained what had happened and they were brilliant. After checking up with the courier and realizing the item had been delivered to the wrong location they despatched another jacket which arrived the following day. Thank you Kirsty from customer services.”
