“Bought item, speedy delivery - but, unfortunately, the wrong size. Easy return, quick reimbursement - and the replacement had 10% off, so really pleased (and the original price was very good anyway). Satisfied customer.”

“Jacket was fine though they use DHL that had my parcel delivered 6 days late. Not happy with that at all as it disrupted my work having to stay in to get it.”

“Very happy with my Rab jacket. The one criticism is that the inside lining was light blue, not orange as shown in the photos. Other than that, the delivery was on time and the item was well packaged”
