“I bought a lovely red Didriksons Frida Parka in the sale for half price. It is a warm waterproof coat, was delivered quickly & fits very well. The size chart on the website was helpful. Nevisport has a good choice of all outdoor equipment.”

“I placed an order which could be tracked which was good, I was given a date and it arrived on time even though one part we missed as we were out but it was taken to our local post office which is very close to home. The order arrived a little slower than advertised but only due to Bank Holidays.”

“Bought a coat online at a great price, but it turned out to be too big - probably due to Nordic design. Returned it to a local branch for a full refund, where the salesperson was really helpful and cc'd me the refund request.”

“Very expensive when a return is needed. Purchased a pair of trainers which needed to be changed for a smaller size. Charged £5 delivery and £7 to send them back, and another £5 to order correct size”

“The kit was great, the delivery, however, suffered under Parcel Force. Utterly disgusting! Claimed the address details were inadequate despite another package in the order having been delivered earlier in the morning with just the same details! Shocking, sloppy, lazy and maybe a theft attempt - who knows - I happened to be in Aberdeen on other business and, after spending about 30 minutes at their depot obtained my parcel after mystery phone calls. Consider your delivery contractor Nevisport before they ruin your business.”
