“Amazing company snd fantastic service. I managed ( even after checking) to order the incorrect boots !! I called Nevisport and the call was answered promptly by a lovely lady who immediately cancelled my order and refunded my payment promptly. I then went back online and ordered the correct boots which arrived two day later, well packaged and perfect. Thank you”

“Excellent customer service as I put the wrong number on the parcel. Nevisport contacted me by phone on the day of delivery to tell me that my parcel was at the wrong house. They had received their money so didn’t need to feel obligated to correct my mistake. This sort of service is lacking in many companies.”
