“I bought a RAB jacket for my husband for his birthday. I was very disappointed in the packaging. It was wrapped in a ball and stuffed in a grey postage bag. For the cost of the jacket I was appalled. You should be sending it out in RAB packaging or at least some kind of packaging. Had that grey bag been damaged the jacket would have been ruined”

“Ordering the item was easy. However, my item was not despatched within the time frame. As it was a birthday present I tried to telephone the number for customer service:no answer on several occasions. I emailed too. Eventually, I spoke to someone in Fort William who informed me my item was going to come from Exeter. I telephoned and was unable to speak with the person who could help me. I finally received my item 9 days after ordering. The item itself I’m really pleased with and the discounted price saved me over £30.”

“It did arrive with the delivery window that they stated, however I thought that it would havew been a bit quicker. I only live 40 miles away from the shop, albeit I do live on a small island just off the West Coast. A ferry runs every hour seven days a week. You place your order, then hear nothing from Nevisport, until you contact them for an update. Maybe we are all just spoiled now by Amazon next day delivery.”

“The order was very quick to arrive, but unfortunately I ordered 2 different coloured tops and when they arrived they were both the same colour but had labels in saying the colours I had ordered. So I emailed and rang on quite a few occasions to explain the issue but no reply, the phone cut off after so long. I want to send one back but as the problem isn’t mine I am not paying for the postage and it does say on the site to contact first if there’s a defect or something wrong. So customer service could be better.”

“I ordered a jacket for my husbands birthday, it was despatched quickly but to this day has still not arrived as the courier miss delivered. I reached out to Nevisport, they advised the courier was looking into this. Not heard anything more despite trying to contact them. The birthday has passed, still no jacket and still no support from customer service”

“Delivered on time and fast. Boots came up small so had to return. No option to exchange for the next size up so did not order replacement as if did not fit would be left with 2 returns cost.”

“I'm not happy as I have contacted you via email regarding the item purchased stating it was too small. I think I must have ordered it under a guest although I was sure I opened up an account. When I try to log in it will not let me I tried to phone the Fort William shop were it was shipped from no reply and last week contacted your company still no reply about returning the goods”

“I love my new boots they are great! But the delivery was delayed and I had to email to find out where my boots were. There was no tracking available for me to track my package either. The tracking number given to me did not work. They parcel was left in the black box outside my house but they did not ring the doorbell so therefor I didn’t know they were there until the following day. More communication around delivery is needed and more care in the delivery process please. Aldo the telephone number on the website let ringing and there was no answer at all. When I received the email the number there was different so I think it may need up dating on the website. Thank you.”
