“Shoes were clearly worn before. Lacers were tied and the underside had mud over both shoes. Won't use this site again.”

“Shoes are good but that’s the model I always use but delivery service is very bad, courier wasn’t even at my address, parcel wasn’t reattempted so I had to choose pick up from point, card box was shredded and destroyed bag opened and one shoe was almost falling out, I opened it slowly and both shoes were, one that was sticking out little dirty but delivery service very bad by dhl”

“It’s a scam company. Be warned.offer cheap prices, They take your money. Email you weeks later saying “sorry not in stock” even though sill showin in stock on website. Still waiting for refund. Possibly having to go through court”

“Please note that Nevisport does not offer refunds. I ordered a pair of walking boots from them, which were too small, so I sent them back. They received the boots on Tue 8th Oct, but haven’t issued me a refund since, nor sent me any notifications that they received the items and the refund is on its way. I contacted support, who said it may take a few days for the warehouse to process the refund and to let them know if I still don’t hear anything by Monday, 14th Oct. So I emailed them yesterday, that there is still no sign of my refund, but I haven’t heard back. Please! Only buy from this company if you’re 100% sure that the items are correct/will fit, as if they won’t, you will not get your money back, even if you send the brand new unused items back to them.”

“Waiting over 4 weeks for a refund; Ordered two fleeces from Nevisport as reviews online for sizing were a bit contradicting. Order arrived in good time and the fleeces are great but obviously needed to return one. Returned the unwanted fleece via ToYou at Asda and it looks like it’s gone missing in transit. 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund, being told they can’t refund the order until it’s found. Robotic customer service staff repeating the same policy and “sorry for any inconvenience” lines. Not impressed at all and would think twice about ordering from Nevisport again”
