“Ordered a ski jacket at a great price. Delivery was great - was given tracking details so I knew exactly when it would be delivered. Had a small issue with one of the toggles on the jacket but contacted Nevisport and it was resolved within 24 hours.”

“I used Nevisport because their price was good, however the service is not that great. 5 days after I had purchased the item I still hadn’t received a dispatch notice. I phoned them and they said they didn’t have them in stock so they would have to come from a different supplier. About 10 mins after I put the phone down I got a dispatch notice. I feel like if I hadn’t have rang, they still wouldn’t have been dispatched. The item I was buying was a gift so I had put in my office address as the delivery address, however for some reason it was delivered to my billing address. The invoice inside the package even had the delivery address as my office. I emailed them about a week ago and still no one has come back to me about it.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered wasn’t suitable and I had to return it, however, all transactions were swift, efficient and my refund was processed immediately. Unlike many companies today! I would recommend Nevissport and will definitely use them again. Thank you.”

“So far my item is undelivered after 3 weeks . Repeated emails ignored. Customer services helpline never answered. After half an hour I got to speak to someone - they never got back to me. Dont shop here if anything goes wrong they couldnt care less - still havent refunded the money despite repeated emails - verging on fraud now.”

“Ordering the item was easy. However, my item was not despatched within the time frame. As it was a birthday present I tried to telephone the number for customer service:no answer on several occasions. I emailed too. Eventually, I spoke to someone in Fort William who informed me my item was going to come from Exeter. I telephoned and was unable to speak with the person who could help me. I finally received my item 9 days after ordering. The item itself I’m really pleased with and the discounted price saved me over £30.”
