“The product I ordered was delivered quickly and on receipt I opened the package tried on one of the boots and found that the style did not suit my foot. I repackaged the boots and returned them to Nevisport,having obtained proof of posting. I am now waiting to hear more from them.”

“I ordered a pair of running tights. They arrived looking used and not in the manufacturer's packaging but I was relying on this shipment so had to use them. The order was late shipping and there was no communications so I was rather anxious. All in all a very dismal performance and I shall not use Nevisport again.”

“Unfortunately I did not receive my coat contacted parcel force who said they tried to deliver it twice this is a lie my husband and I are always at home then when contacted parcel force they said parcel was back at the depot and would deliver it but I have still not received it very disappointed at my first experience with Nevisport. This coat was a present for my son.”

“Would have scored higher but for their poor communication. No answer to emails, no answer on the telephone number (what's the point of putting a phone number if nobody answers?), no information provided of split order, no confirmation of receipt of return, blank form in the order for making return. I did receive the orders I placed speedily which was good and also the refund for the item I returned but it was not helpful being in the dark about when/whether that would happen.”

“Delivered on time and fast. Boots came up small so had to return. No option to exchange for the next size up so did not order replacement as if did not fit would be left with 2 returns cost.”
