“Order handled quickly and delivered without a problem. Unfortunately the item description was not accurate to the manufacturers description. These boots were described as walking boots but when they arrived they were not up to the job so checked the north face website and they described them as fashion shoes suitable for city adventures. Had to return them.”

“Excellent service, got the product to the delivery company promptly unfortunately the delivery company ruined the experience 5 emails saying the delivery was today each one followed by another email saying its delayed. It sat in the delivery company's depot for 5 days then they delivered it to the wrong address”
