“I have today sent the walking boots back as they did not fit correctly I was appalled I had to pay £11.50 to return them. I was not happy”

“Boots delivered at a fraction of the Snow & Rock (5 minutes away from me, never use them) rip-off price, in time for trip, perfect fit, great customer service. Only slight negative is the use of Parcelforce for delivery which failed to deliver on the promised day, despite waiting in and boots allegedly being "out for delivery" with time running short. Parcelforce really are useless with an appalling review rating, recommend an alternate; consider a carrier with an up-to-date delivery tracking system (like DPD).”

“We bought two pairs of boots online in a like-for-like buy. My pair fitted fine my partners were too big. We are going trekking soon and need time to break them in. Returning the ill-fitting pair for a second go using the post posed a significant problem. I contacted the Glasgow shop that had stock and we took the day (we live some distance) to go there for a fitting and swap the second pair. Excellent service by the team there and we are kitted up.”

“I ordered a pair of Scarpa boots from Nevisport online. The arrived quickly with a lovely hand written note thanking me for my order and informing me that they had pre waxed my boots ready to get out hiking. It made my day! What a lovely and thoughtful company. I will definitely order from Nevisport again. I can’t recommend them highly enough. One extremely happy customer here!”

“My purchase was faulty,as it had a long thread hanging from it.I also felt the material was off very poor quality given the price tag.My son has purchased saxx boxer shorts and his are of a far superior quality. I have received a refund from Nevis port but am not happy as my postage has not been refunded this amounted to £9 in total.Please advise me if this will be refunded.”

“good value boots. Delivery came 24 hours earlier than advised so nobody was home - was surprised that the delivery company would just leave (expensive) boots at a property, luckily there were still there when I got back from work.”
