“Order process easy to use. Delivery was as described”

“Product purchased was fine, as described, etc. But I will never understand why companies use Parcel Force for their preferred delivery firm. No contact regarding anticipated delivery date, let alone time. Attempted delivery, but didn't leave a card confirming as much. It was only when I checked the tracking info that I realised an attempt had been made to deliver the item 5 days earlier. Parcel Force has previously stolen items out of packages delivered to my address and were caught on doorbell camera. Please use another delivery service and I will continue using your service!”

“I have not received my order. Spoke with staff member on Monday, they were going to e-mail me to let me know what is happening with order. Originally, there was no house number on delivery?? So DHL couldn’t deliver. Should get an update from yourselves soon. Thanks, Laura”

“Ordering and delivery was very efficient, but I needed to return the shoes as they were a poor fit. I needed to pay for the return which cost over £12, as standard postage would not insure the value of the item. Many other retailers offer free return arrangements.”

“Still haven’t received my parcel. Parcelforce portal says they have attempted twice and left a card each time. Untrue. Nor have they tried to leave with neighbours. Totally frustrating”

“I haven't tested the mountain equipment jacket yet as there has been no rain but it seems fine when I tried it on. The reason for the lower mark was the shambles of a delivery service by DHL, on the first day of propose delivery, it never arrived, then told it would be the next day, again it never turned up, eventually on day 3 it was due at lunchtime and turned up after 7pm!”

“Great product but it was in a paper bag from rab, then Nevis put it in one of their branded plastic carrier bags, then put it in a plastic postage bag? No need, follow rabs lead and use paper, you are supposed to support the outdoors not add to its demise”

“This was the first time I had ordered anything from Nevisport and initially I was not impressed with the communication. I received the email confirming my order then for five days nothing until I emailed asking where my order was. After that it was fine. I got an email back and could track my parcel. It arrived a couple of days later. Fortunately I was not in a hurry for my purchase, but communication should be better.”
