Poor. Very cheap prices, free delivery over £79. pointless as it took nearly 7 days to deliver in 2x parcels...waste of time. They use DHL which are by far the worst and most useless courier ever. They failed to send an item I ordered but billed me anyway. I tried for a week to get some soort of customer service but nobody replied to my "ticket" I had to call. AVOID.

I am still waiting to receive this jacket which I ordered on 29th November, I have emailed to find out where the item is but still waiting for a response this is a Christmas present for my son. This is extremely poor service

Taken payment on the 2nd of December and recieved confirmation of order. Nothing else has been received, no conformation of shipping. Written to complain to customer services and still no response. Non existant communication.

Nevisport via email, invited me to write a report on an item I ordered Dec 02 which according to them I have received. Well I haven't as of Dec 13 and on checking their courier: status is shipped. Terrible communication.

Very slow delivery 13days from order emailed head office to chase order no reply after 4days . Phoned store in Kendal who posted the order out. Was told will look into it . The next day I expected a phone call but I had to ring the store again who advised me to ring head office where they tracked the order & apparently parcel force had tried to deliver it several times to me but NEVER left a card to say so ??? I now have to go & collect it myself . Absolute rubbish parcel force

I cancelled my order within 24 hours of ordering. 4 days later, Nevisport hadn't replied to my e-mail nor shipped my order. Then they shipped it. And later emailed to say that it was too late to cancel. Returning the goods cost me £3. Its been a week and still no refund. I won't be shopping with Nevisport again.

This was my first ever order with Nevisport. X5 Yeti mugs ordered from Nevisport as christmas gifts. All arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Loose plastic packing was insufficient allowing the mugs to rub against each other and become damaged in transit. contacted customer support via email, 2 week later still unresolved. Customer support ‘waiting to hear if they can claim from parcel’ force and ‘reviewing their cctv’?! None of these actions or responses have resolved the fact that I am left with damaged goods. Been sending chasing messages for updates to which I now get no response. 1 star service in my experience.

I was sent two left foot trainers! What's maybe worse is the fact I sent an email and an online contact request and haven't had a response in three days, but you have the audacity to send me a link to review your frankly abysmal service!

Backpack I ordered arrived in a dirty and damaged state. Returned immediately and emailed customer service but no response over a week later. Very poor, hoping the refund is processed sooner rather than later.

I found a good deal on some Aigle boots I bought for my mother as a Christmas gift, Yes it was too good to be true, it turns out that they never sent them , they even sent a tracking code that did not work, after weeks of waiting and then complaining I was told there had been a mistake and I just got a refund, What a waste of time I will never use this retailer again rubbish!

Disappointing. I ordered G12 matic evo crampons, but I was sent the G12 cramp-o-matic evo crampons, which will only fit a B3 boot. I contacted customer services by email (I should have phoned them up), and had no response over the next couple of days, so when I was in Ripon next I took them to the Nevisport store. The store manager checked the website and agreed that these were not the crampons I'd ordered and they said I'd be sent a replacement. However, I heard nothing, so a week later I phoned customer services who agreed that the website was wrong, but said they wouldn't replace the crampons and would give me a refund instead, which may take another three days to come through.... So I've now had to order from a different company, which does not give me confidence to order anything else from Nevisport in the future.

I have still not received my item, and it’s now 9 days ago. I rang Nevisport today, whom told me Parcel Force had ‘tried’ to deliver a week ago. I have had no communication regarding this, not even a note in the box saying they tried. Fuming. The staff said I will receive an email after the phone call informing about tomorrow’s delivery in 10 minutes. 2 hours after still nothing- have checked spam as well. Absolutely poorly.

Returned item as it didn't fit (used measurements supplied). The return happened same day as delivery. I haven't received a refund or reply to messages sent to chase to find out what's happening. Very poor and will not buy from you again
