“Item arrived damaged emailed customer service on the day I received order with photos of damage didn’t get any response for several days had to ring customer service to ask what was happening was told they were understaffed and busy and that I had to return the item he agreed to email return label over to me which did not happen, so then got in touch with PayPal to open dispute case. Received an email day or two later saying please find attached return label which wasn’t there, had to phone again to speak to another member of staff who sent the return label over so it was 10 days before I was able to get this damaged item on its way back to you. God only knows how long it will be before I receive my refund. So Hope you can understand why I only gave 1 Star. Not to mention I had to phone again to ask a member of your staff for a return drop off point. Thanks Chris.”
