“Boots arrived, only to be two different colours. One brown, one blue! Had to contact for return label. Sent items back only to find I couldn't get a replacement as it was out of stock. Quality control leaves a lit to be desired.”

“The product was initially described as a trouser, which is what I wanted but on receipt of the order I saw that it was in fact over trousers so a little disappointing but the product in itself is very good quality and so I decided to keep it”

“Ordered a pair of trainers in November which came quickly, but were too small, these had to be sent back for a refund as they would not exchange and I reordered another bigger pair, it took various emails in order to get a refund for the first pair.. the bigger size I ordered then split leaving them in a state I couldn’t wear, I was told to send back for inspection, this I did on the 13th December 2024, I have as yet not received any feedback whatsoever on if they have received them or if they have reviewed the situation.. so I have paid £154 for a pair of damaged trainers that I have not yet had a replacement for.. very very disappointed with the whole situation”

“The walking shoes I purchased were to replace exactly the same as ones I bought 7 years ago. Which have been great. However I am disappointed as they are no way as comfortable as the previous ones. The fit is not as comfy as the I was expecting. They feel like there's no support on the ankle. I don't wear boots !968”

“I have to say that my score does not reflect the product or the price point. My midrange mark is only low due to the returns process. Firstly you have to pay for the returns which is virtually unheard of these days and following on from this it took me having to phone in for my refund to be actioned. I only ordered two of the same item for sizing purposes. Ending on a plus note I saved over £100 pounds vs the high street buy from Nevisport.”
