“Staircase is lovely BUT the "decorating" I was left to do was not what I assumed decorating meant! Had to call a DIY expert to resolve after Neville Johnson staff showed no interest in my complaint.”
“Over priced and poor quality. Does not match up to their statement of ‘luxury’. Oak posts arrived damaged and unvarnished and I was left with damaged skirting boards and a number of unnecessary gaps and holes. I then had to take time off work for the two days remedial work. The time allocated for the job was grossly underestimated. I would NOT recommend this company.”
