“I ordered late on a Friday knowing full well I wouldn't be in on the expected delivery day. I got a txt through with delivery details on the Monday and the option to change the date (which I did). I then got a *personal* email from NetStore Direct informing me that my parcel wouldn't be delivered on the original data and apologising for any inconvenience caused. The order itself was as expected but I'm impressed enough with them automatically tracking the delivery and responding to delays to give them 5 stars.”

“Have used Netstore on three occasions now. Each time the order has arrived exactly when indicated. In fact the last order was on a 3-5 delivery but arrived 'Next day' despite me not even placing the order until around 3pm. Excellent service, Good Prices and no issues with deliveries. Thank You -”
