“Basic online order delivered inside stated time. I rang to query substitution of low-smoke purple cable for the grey I'd ordered (would have been great except that cable is on view in my house!). Query handled quickly and courteously and grey cable was delivered by 8:30 am the following morning.”

“Delivery was quick but the item supplied was not as advertised. Netstore could not supply the advertised item so no quibble refund and they arranged a courier to collect the item. Great service but they need to ensure that what they supply is what they advertise.”
